2. Payment Security

Your payment security is our top priority:

  • We do NOT store your card number, CVV, or full payment details on our servers

3. Accepted Currency

All prices are displayed and charged in USD. If your payment method is in a different currency, your bank or card issuer may apply a foreign transaction or currency conversion fee — this is outside our control.

4. How Payment Works

  1. Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout
  2. Enter your shipping address and select a payment method
  3. Your payment is authorized and charged when you click Place Order
  4. You receive an order confirmation email immediately after successful payment

5. Payment Failures

If your payment is declined, try the following:

  1. Verify that your card number, expiry date, and CVV are entered correctly
  2. Confirm your billing address matches what your bank has on file
  3. Check with your bank — some banks block international or online transactions by default
  4. Try a different payment method (e.g., PayPal instead of card)
  5. Contact us at support@snkr4uhere.com and we will help resolve the issue

6. Buyer Protection

PayPal Buyer Protection: Eligible PayPal purchases are covered by PayPal Buyer Protection. If your item doesn’t arrive or doesn’t match the description, PayPal may cover your full purchase price plus shipping.

Stripe Chargeback Policy: If you have an issue with your order, please contact us at support@snkr4uhere.com before initiating a chargeback. We resolve most issues quickly and directly. Disputes filed directly with your bank without contacting us first may take longer to resolve.

7. Refunds
