At Snkr4uhere, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sneaker purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward return policy allowing you to return items within 45 days from the delivery date for a refund or exchange.

1. Return Window

You have 45 days from the date your order was delivered to initiate a return. Items must be shipped back and received by us within this 45-day window to qualify for a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility Conditions

For an item to be eligible for a return, it must meet ALL of the following conditions:

  • Unworn, Unused, and Original Condition: The sneakers must be unworn, unused, and in the exact condition you received them. This includes no signs of wear, scuffs, dirt, or alterations.
  • All Original Tags Attached: All original tags, labels, and security seals must be intact and attached to the item.
  • Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging, including the shoe box, dust bag, and any special inserts. The shoe box is considered part of the product and must be returned in its original condition.
  • Proof of Purchase: The return must be accompanied by your order confirmation or receipt.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that show any signs of being worn, washed, or altered from their original condition.
  • Items with original tags or labels that have been removed, tampered with, or damaged.
  • Final sale or clearance items, which are explicitly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, accident, or normal wear and tear.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at support@snkr4uhere.com with your order number and a brief reason for the return.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will review your request and respond within 24 hours with approval or further instructions. This will include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.
  3. Pack Your Item: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags are attached and the shoe box is protected. Include a copy of your order confirmation or RMA email inside the package.
  4. Ship Your Return: Ship the item using the method provided in our email instructions. Please note that the return address will be provided via email when we accept your return request; do not send items to our company registration address.
  5. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item to ensure it meets our eligibility conditions, we will proceed with your refund or exchange.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Standard Returns: For returns due to a change of mind or incorrect sizing/style choice, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Defective or Incorrectly Shipped Items: If you receive a defective item or an item that was incorrectly shipped by Snkr4uhere, we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.

6. Refunds

  • Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Processing Time: Please allow 5–10 business days for your refund to be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
  • Note: Original payment processing fees charged by Stripe and PayPal are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund amount.

7. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items of equal value, subject to stock availability. To request an exchange, please email support@snkr4uhere.com with your original order number and details of the replacement item you wish to receive. We will confirm availability and guide you through the exchange process before you send your item back.

8. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been shipped.
  • To request a cancellation, please email support@snkr4uhere.com immediately with your order number.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, and the standard return process (Section 4) will apply if you wish to return the item.

9. Damaged or Lost in Transit

  • Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please photograph the damage immediately and email support@snkr4uhere.com within 7 business days of delivery. Include photos of the damage, the packaging, and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 business days of the estimated delivery date. We will open a claim with the shipping carrier and work to arrange a replacement or full refund for you.

10. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the stated processing time (5–10 business days):

  1. Check Your Bank Account: First, recheck your bank account or credit card statement.
  2. Contact Your Bank: Next, contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some additional time for the refund to be officially posted to your account, as processing times vary by financial institution (typically 3–10 business days).
  3. Contact Us: If you have completed both steps and still have not received your refund, please email support@snkr4uhere.com for further assistance.
