1. Order Confirmation

We ship to: United States only We do not currently ship to addresses outside these destinations.
3. Processing and Delivery Times
Total delivery time = Order Processing Time + Transit Time

5. Shipping Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The specific carrier is selected based on your destination and chosen shipping method.
6. Order Tracking
- A tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships
- Track your package directly on the carrier’s website using that number
- If you have not received tracking information within 1–3 business days of your order confirmation, contact support@snkr4uhere.com
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
- Damaged items: Report within 7 business days of delivery. Email support@snkr4uhere.com with photos of the damage and your order number
- Lost packages: If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received it, or if your package hasn’t moved in 5+ business days, contact us within 7 business days of the estimated delivery date
- We will file a carrier claim and arrange a replacement or full refund
8. Taxes and Duties
US Orders: Sales tax is calculated based on applicable state and local tax rates for your delivery address. The exact tax amount is shown at checkout before you complete payment.
